Vietnam forward Cong Phuong had his first official match in Jupilar Pro League 2019-2020 yet his team was defeated heavily 6-0 to Club Brugge.

On August 3, Sint-Truidense was set to march to Club Brugge, which was expected to be difficult for Sint-Truidense. In this match, Cong Phuong was in the selection of coach Brys.

As prediction, facing the second most traditional Belgium club who is holding 15 times championship in the national cup, Sint-Truidense put a lot of effort without success. In the first half, Marc Brys conceded 4 goals after a brace from Dvid Okereke’s, Hans Vanaken and Percy Tau’s.
