Speaking in the pre-match press conference of AFC Cup 2019 ASEAN zonal final, Hanoi coach Chu Dinh Nghiem said Binh Duong forward Tien Linh is a excellent name and makes Hanoi’s defense struggling.

Becamex Binh Duong and Hanoi will enter the ASEAN final of AFC 𒈔Cup♚ 2019 at 5:00PM, July 31.

Regarding its forces, both Binh Duong and Hanoi own good players, yet the home team holds more advantage since Hanoi just suffered from an uncomfortable match against Ho Chi Minh at round 18 V-League.

Statistics in AFC Cup 2019 shows interesting figures, Hanoi’s attack is the strongest in the tournament and so does Binh Duong’s defense.

The capital team, however, should not be subjective, with Binh Duong’s offensive line proving strong, especially Tien Linh who is flying high in this period. Notably, he scored a brace, which se﷽aled a 2-0 win for the home team over💛 Hai Phong at round 18 V-League.

“Despite Binh Duong’s unimpressive performance in V-league, they play good in AFC Cup. They possess good offensive line, which would be dangerous with one little slip. Tien Linh’s comeback with his brace is a challenge for Hanoi”, Chu Dinh Nghiem claimed.

Do Hung Dung also stated that Hanoi defense should not sidestrack Tien Linh if they don’t want to concede any goals.

“Tien Linh’s outstanding for his great finish inside the box with excellent header at good position. Maybe his is not impressive in general, but he could made use of every phase to score.

I think Hanoi will take advantage of their favorable ball controlling skills. The more controlling Hanoi has, the less dangerous it is for their net”, Hung Dung state.

Binh Duong weather now is unpredictable, which could cause some trouble for the most expected match; Hanoi might not deploy their tiki taka smoothly.

“We are most worried about Binh Duong, they are strong players with good air ball controlling skills. Le Tan Tai is also very dangerous in the middle of the field. If it rains, it will affect Hanoi's play style” - Hung Dung worried.

In the upcoming final, Becamex Binh Duong or Hanoi will win the right to play the inter-regional semi-final with East Asia winner, South Asia winner, Central Asia winner. Inter-regional semifinal  winner will kick in the inter-regional final.
