Ahead of AFF U18 Championship 2019, the U19 Vietnam coach Hoang Anh Tuan has published a rostering list of U18 Vietnam in which ‘Little Cong Phuong’ Pham Xuan Tao is one of the names on the list.

On June 20, The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and the coach Hoang Anh Tuan sent a decision file to call up U18 Vietnam players. The list is🍒 notable with the name of Pham Xuan Tao who named as ‘The Little Cong Phuong’.

The youngster is considered a qualified player by Guillaume Graechen – the former coach of the ‘real Cong Phuong’.

Xuan Tao is blessed with a breakthrough t⛄echnique, speed, and finish which quite resembles Cong Phuong.

In a U19 international friendly game to be held in Nha Trang, Pham Xuan Tao stole the show and was the main factor contributing to U19 Vietnam to reach the title.

The 2001-born striker was the one scored for U19 Vietnam a winning goal which was the only goal destroying U19 Thailand in the Final game 🔯bringing back the honor fo🐬r Vietnam.

The AFF U18 Championship 2019 witnessed U18 Vietnam fallen into the ‘death group’ where the brightest candidates for the champion including U18 Australia and U18 Thailand are seating on. Group B is also considered a tough group with the presences of U18 Malaysia, U18 Singapore, and U18 Campuchia compared to a little easier-breathe company consisting of Myanmar, Indonesia, Laos, Timor-Leste, Philippines, and Brunei.
