Alfred Riedl has given Doan Van Hau advice after knowing that the youngster has been around trade rumors wearing Austria Wien shirt.

Recently, rumors dominated 🍒the internet that Doan Van Hau weighing up a move to Aust🔜ria. An a🤡cquaintance of Vietnamese 🎃football had played for Austria Wien color Mr. Alfred Riedl who has revealed that:

"I sent the information of ꦗVan Hau to the Austrian Wi꧅en’s football talent scout. I don’t know much about him, I indicated that he had played at AFF Cup and regularly has made his appearance in the starting line-up of his football club.”

Despite being considered a "match-maker" for this deal, Riedl admitted that he does not know much about Van Hau, and cannot make the most accurate assessment on him ahead of the European football environment.

"Those achievements cannot fully assess Van Hau. He is a good player but he has to prove it in Wien. Foreign players coming here must show the difference in speed, strength compared to other players at Austrian Football Bundesliga. Only that time the Austrians could evaluate those players’ qualifications.”

Van Hau and Austria Wien are still staying at the negotiating stage. According to some sources,🤡 the very club wants to borrow Van Hau following a 1-year contract with a buyout term if the 20-year-old player performs well.
