Asian Football Federation (AFC) has announced the draw result on its homepage for AFC U16 Championship qualifying round 2020.

The result is cons🌠idered to be relatively favorable for U16 Vietnam since the remaining competi🗹tors are not highly rated, except for U16 Australia.

AFC U16 championship 2020 qualifier will be divided into two regions: East Asia and West Asia. In East Asia, Vietnam, along with Indonesi💞a, Singapore, Laos ꦯand Myanmar, are host countries and have their home advantage.

AFC U16 championship qual😼ifiers this year will have 11 matches (more than 1 group compared to the previous tournaments), in which East Asia has 5 groups and West Asia region has 6 groups. The 11 teams that rank first in each group along with the 4 second ranked teams (excluding homeowners) will win tickets to the final of AFC U16 2020 being kicked off in Singapore.
