North Korea’s April 25 SC, which has had great success at home, will host Hanoi FC in the inter-regional final of the 2019 AFC Cup on Wednesday.

April 25 will take on Hanoi FC today at 3:00pm on Kim Il-sung stadium. Having earned a 2-2 draw in an away match, the North Korean team now has the advantage, needing only a 0-0 draw to advance. April 25 SC remains unbeaten in 14 AFC Cup matches at Kim Il-sung stadium with 9 wins and 5 draws.

They thrashed Singapore’s Home United by a massive 9-1 score last year. At home, the club has scored 13 goals without conceding a goal.

Hanoi FC is facing a huge challenge in the second leg of the tournament. Hopefully, the club, man﷽y of whose members have played for the national squad, will create the miracle needed to advance to in the 2019 AFC Cup tournament.
